The second grimoire documenting Petal's return from psychiatric hospital and continued experience of hypergraphia, a trait which increases the intensity and volume of her creative output, while simultaneously exhausting and damaging her body, frequently resulting in knuckle dislocations, due to the fragility in her connective tissue from her disability, EDS. Like its partner, Defecation provides an uncomfortably intimate view of the artist's ongoing battles, with many pages painted in her own blood, burned, affixed with fallen leaves sourced from the grounds of the hospital, and stitched together. It is one hundred and six pages long.
